I got a 21.65 mile bike ride in this morning, and really felt great all day. My fear of oversleeping was unfounded, though tonight, I think, it may not be.
Here's what the waking / sleeping summary looks like now:
- Wednesday: Arrival at 5:00PM, in bed at 11:35PM - 6 hours, 35 minutes.
- Thursday: Up at 6:45AM, still up at midnight Friday - 17 hours, 15 minutes.
- Friday: Still up at midnight, to bed at 2:44AM. Back up at 6:45AM and still up at midnight Saturday - 19 hours, 59 minutes.
- Saturday: Still up at midnight, to bed at 3:00AM. Up again at 6:40AM, still up at midnight Sunday - 20 hours, 30 minutes.
- Sunday: Still up at midnight, to bed at 2:50AM. Up again at 6:40AM, still up at midnight Monday - 20 hours, 10 minutes.
- Monday: Still up at midnight, to bed at 3:17AM. - 3 hours, 17 minutes.
- Totals: 106 hours, 17 minutes on-site. 87 hours, 46 minutes awake. (83% awake)
Feeling: Acceptable, but very fearful of oversleeping!
